Zachary Taylor is Of Counsel at Creizman LLC. His areas of expertise include securities litigation, antitrust litigation and counseling, financial regulation, auditor liability and white-collar criminal defense. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced as a litigation associate at several elite law firms in New York City: Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, Heller Ehrman LLP, and Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP. In addition, he was a law clerk for the Honorable Shira A. Scheindlin in the Southern District of New York.

Mr. Taylor received his legal and undergraduate degrees from Harvard University. He graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2003. He earned his Bachelors of Arts summa cum laude in Classics and English from Harvard in 1996. He is a member of the Harvard chapter of Phi Beta Kappa. In addition, Mr. Taylor has a Masters degree in ancient Greek literature from Cambridge University in the United Kingdom.

Mr. Taylor has represented individual and corporate clients in a wide range of civil, regulatory and criminal matters in state and federal court as well as before the Securities & Exchange Commission, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the Federal Trade Commission, and several state attorneys general and regulators. Many of these matters have concerned the marketing and valuation of complex financial instruments, including structured products, asset-backed securities and other forms of derivatives.

Mr. Taylor is admitted to practice in New York State as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
