Aaron Loterstein is an attorney at Creizman LLC and has a diverse practice that includes regulatory and investigatory matters, white collar criminal defense, and civil litigation. Prior to joining Creizman LLC, he practiced at elite international law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.
Mr. Loterstein has substantial experience representing and advising banks, broker-dealers, and other financial institutions in connection with proceedings before numerous regulatory organizations, including the SEC, FINRA, DOJ, and the IRS, as well as foreign regulators such as the UK Financial Conduct Authority. Mr. Loterstein has also conducted complex internal investigations on behalf of broker-dealers and other corporations.
With respect to civil litigation, Mr. Loterstein has wide-ranging experience representing financial institutions and large corporations in complex commercial disputes, securities litigation, and mass tort cases. He also has significant international arbitration experience, including post-arbitration confirmation and enforcement issues.
Mr. Loterstein graduated magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif. He also served as an Articles Editor for the Michigan Law Review.
